Council approves Geis Addition replat with condition to secure signatures

Council approved a replat shifting interior lot lines in the Geis Addition to align lots and accommodate new houses, conditioned on obtaining Wayne's signature and verification of required landowner signatures before the plat is filed.
The full story
The council reviewed a replat of the Geis Addition that realigns north-south and east-west lot lines to match neighboring properties and to allow new houses on Tracts 1 and 4 while enabling Tracts 2 and 3 to be combined with adjacent Stull and Boyer parcels. Staff confirmed the replat does not alter utility easements. Council expressed concern that Tracts 2 and 3 might be under minimum lot size if sold separately; Aaron (city attorney) clarified the intent that those tracts be combined with adjacent properties rather than marketed as stand-alone lots.
