Town Administrator Akin told the council that staff had narrowed software options for networked monitoring and recommended Simply SCADA as a user‑friendly option that would visualize tank levels, inputs and outputs, and allow configurable recording intervals. “It's basically would be about $20,000,” Akin said of the initial install quote and added the vendor offered a 90‑day guarantee and a monthly subscription that staff estimated at roughly $400.
