Event organizers told the boards that the Ranch Rodeo scheduled for Friday is full and that Beta Sigma Phi has printed and distributed the fair book with radio advertising planned for the month. The Firemen’s Dinner/BBQ organizers requested use of the concessions on Thursday and access to the walk‑in cooler to prepare their event.
