On recommendation of the superintendent, Mrs. Wells moved and Mrs. Ingram‑Keen seconded that the Board enter executive session to discuss matters involving or affecting possible construction planning as provided in W. Va. Code §6‑9A‑4(b)(9). The motion passed unanimously (5‑0) and the Board entered executive session at 6:02 p.m. The Board re‑entered regular session at 7:02 p.m.; no further actions or votes were recorded in the minutes as a direct result of that session.
