At its Aug. 10, 2026 meeting the Checotah Public Works Authority approved the consent docket covering minutes from July 13 and July 16, 2026; July 2026 salaries totaling $67,561.54; estimated August 2026 salaries of $75,000.00; and claims for July 2026 totaling $232,011.84. The motion to approve Items A–D was made by Trustee Ronnie Brinsfield and seconded by Trustee Joey Marion; the motion carried with all trustees recorded as voting yes (Mike Key, Tony Fields, Joey Marion, Ronnie Brinsfield, Daniel Tarkington, Jay Hayes, Rusty Rogers, Jodi Greenleaf and Rusty Beaver).
