Surveyor Beau Watkins told the board the Edward Madison Lateral Tile (544) will require potholing after harvest to locate and assess existing tile. Watkins said the northwest run had previously been jetted to address a non-draining catch basin and that drainage issues were also reported on the Whaley Farms field.
