The Newton County Drainage Board met Sept. 1 in the Commissioners’ Room of the Newton County Government Center and approved the minutes of its July 7, 2026 meeting. Commissioner Steve Eilers moved to approve the minutes; Commissioner Rob Churchill seconded and the motion carried, 3-0.
