The Bartholomew County Commissioners met April 27 in Columbus and approved routine business items including the minutes from the April 20 meeting and payroll. Commissioners Carl H. Lienhoop and Larry S. Kleinhenz moved and seconded the minutes' approval, which passed unanimously. The payroll approval likewise passed by unanimous vote.
