Director Link Fulp presented a Service Provider Agreement to hire Mildred Elkins as a contract employee for the Health Department’s Environmental Division at a rate of $29.00 per hour with no benefits. The agreement requires that all hours be approved in advance by Director Fulp and that payment be made through County Claims Vouchers from Environmental Health funds; the agreement term ends December 31, 2026.
