Commissioner Carl H. Lienhoop presented ratification of an unplanned expenditure to address a clogged cooling loop in the Government Office Building. The county paid Circle R Mechanical Contractors Inc. (Columbus, IN) $5,188 from Maintenance funds to clean the system; the commissioners ratified the payment unanimously.
