Matron Bobbie Shake presented a three-year planned maintenance agreement with Cummins covering the jail’s emergency generator. The contract listed full maintenance service with an annual 4-hour load bank test. Costs presented: $5,515.31 per year for maintenance ($17,042.31 over three years) plus $673.60 per year for inspection ($2,081.43 over three years), for a three-year total of $19,123.74.
