The Board of Fayette County Commissioners on Sept. 21, 2026 adopted a resolution imposing a moratorium on the acceptance, review or issuance of zoning approvals and building permits for new or expanded data centers in the unincorporated areas of Concord, Green, Jasper, Madison, Marion, Paint and Perry Townships.
