The Town of Buchanan Council voted on Feb. 9, 2026, to adopt a midyear budget amendment. Town Manager Tim Mack presented the proposed adjustments across municipal funds and explained the rationale for a midyear review; Vice Mayor James Manspile moved to approve and Mayor Sue Way seconded. The motion carried 5-0.
