Board Chairman Commissioner Jim Fulwider moved that the Governing Board send a proposal to County Council in July recommending changes to dispatch pay that would "take into consideration skill based pay, starting pay, and years of service." Commissioner Jake Bohlander seconded the motion, and the board recorded the motion as passed 3-0-1. County Administrator Tom Klein agreed the matter should go to council for review.
