Montgomery County RDC approves 2027 proposed budget, with amounts called estimates
The Montgomery County Redevelopment Commission approved a 2027 proposed budget presented as estimates and authorized related appropriations. Commissioners voted 4-0 on the budget after staff noted several funds include debt-service projections and optional project appropriations.

The Montgomery County Redevelopment Commission on July 14 approved the 2027 proposed budget after a staff presentation that emphasized the figures are estimates. Jeff Peters of Peters Franklin, LTD introduced the plan and told commissioners that the amounts on the spreadsheet should be treated as estimates for 2027.
