Board members relayed safety and access concerns stemming from an attic inspection above the community pool during discussion at an emergency April 16, 2025 meeting. The minutes state board members spoke about comments from an inspector, Mark Straley, and Tim Supinger reported that roofers from MVP would not "step foot on the roof over the pool."
