Superintendent reports on meter replacements, park electrical upgrade and Spring Clean-up plans

City Superintendent Tim Smith presented the maintenance department activity report and briefed council on several public-works items. He reported progress on water and electric meter replacements and confirmed completion of Willis Park electrical upgrades; he also noted KDOT approval for additional lights on Highway 36 extending to Fast Gas.
