Program committee recommends blended learning contract, exchange student and AP Environmental Science adoption

Program Committee chair Mr. Beard presented several instructional and program recommendations for board consideration. The committee recommended a Blended Learning Services Agreement between VLN – N. Harris Computer Corporation and South Western School District for the 2026–2027 through 2028–2029 school years. The committee also recommended approval of an eleventh‑grade foreign exchange student from Japan for attendance at South Western High School during the 2026–2027 school year, coordinated by International Student Exchange (ISE).
