The board adopted Resolution #364-08-26 regarding fund-balance policies after a motion by Trustee Teresa Flores, seconded by Trustee Elaine Rodgers. "Motion made by Mrs. Flores, seconded by Mrs. Rodgers to adopt Resolution # 364-08-26 regarding fund balance policies," the record shows; trustees present voted 5–0 to approve the policy resolution.
