Board changes classification, lowers assessed value for Webb property

The Charter Township of Filer Board of Review approved a change in assessment classification and a lowered assessed value for the Webb petition on March 9, 2026. Assessor Molly Whetstone presented the petition; Member Sue Mark moved to approve changing the class from C to C‑D because of construction, setting the assessed value at $199,500. Secretary Ruth Skiera seconded the motion and the board voted in favor.
