Building and Zoning Official Chris McKellip told trustees that 34 permits had been issued so far in 2026, representing an estimated $1,710,053.78 in project value, and that 23 of 34 permits remain open for 2026. He said workforce housing is moving forward with plans for block 97 but no development plans had yet been submitted.
