The Montgomery County Redevelopment Commission voted May 12 to cancel the RQAW contract after commissioners raised concerns about cost overruns on the Purple Heart Parkway project. Commissioner Jake Bohlander moved to cancel the contract; the motion, seconded by Gary Booth, carried 5-0.
