District maintenance staff reported operational metrics and recent equipment work during the May 13 meeting. The minutes record: “March daily flow totals averaged 56,610 gallons (56% capacity) of effluent and an average daily flow of 69,320 gallons per day.” The maintenance report did not clarify the difference between those two figures.
