The Area Plan Commission voted to approve APC petition 20‑26‑20, a request to rezone 2.25 acres from A‑1 to A‑2 to facilitate a future single‑family home. Staff told the commission the sanitary review and driveway permit preliminaries were in order for the parcel north of 3039 South County Road 300 East in Marion Township.
