Ian Kempf moved, seconded by Commissioner Scott McMahan, to recommend that the Regular Full Board approve the annual Memorandum of Agreement with MSU Extension for $146,502 for fiscal year 2027. The committee also authorized the chair or vice-chair to sign the agreement; the motion carried.
