Bunch moved to approve and execute Amendment No. 1 to the Program Management Agreement for The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP), No. 4100090753, between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (Department of Agriculture) and Fulton County, extending the contract date to Sept. 30, 2027. The motion was recorded as passing "All in favor."
