Commission recommends development agreement allowing HDPE water pipe for Parcel K-13-7-ANNEX, asks for bond protections
The commission voted 4–0 to recommend a development agreement for parcel K-13-7-ANNEX (about 725 E. Kane Plex Drive) that would permit HDPE water pipe in lieu of the city’s C900 PVC standard, contingent on further review by city staff/engineers and an approximately five-year warranty bond.

The Kanab City Planning Commission on Oct. 6 recommended approval of a development agreement for Parcel K-13-7-ANNEX, located at approximately 725 E. Kane Plex Drive, that would permit the use of HDPE water pipe instead of the city-standard C900 PVC for the project.
