Trustees approved two finance-related draws connected to GMS projects. Trustee Thelen moved and Trustee Mohan seconded approval of the GMS sewer draw dated August 2026; the motion carried unanimously. An agenda amendment added the GMS CDBG draw, and Trustees Emmerling and Ehlers moved and seconded approval of that draw; the motion likewise carried unanimously.
