Bob Phillips informed Council that, after more than 27 years with the Borough, he is eligible to retire and collect from the Non-Uniform Pension. He submitted a resignation effective May 31, 2026 and requested rehiring effective June 1, 2026 in the same role and pay while receiving pension benefits.
