At the Feb. 3 meeting the board reviewed new zoning maps prepared by 'Erica' and identified a potential discrepancy in how one property was labeled. Calvin, who reviewed the maps in lieu of a formal CEO report, flagged the possible error; board members noted that communications with Erica have slowed and requested follow-up to confirm the correct parcel marking.
