During the economic development managers report, Jim said Minnesota Deeds staff completed a post-monitoring visit for the Block 52 redevelopment grant and issued a letter indicating the project is closed pending the final audit report. He called that "good news" and said staff expected a check from recent equipment sales related to a borrower.
