The Village of Decatur Council unanimously approved the amended Sept. 14 agenda, accepted the Aug. 17, 2026 meeting minutes and authorized accounts payable totaling $386,378.35. Trustee McCann made the motion and President Pro Tem Jackson supported it; the vote was 7-0.
