After the business portion of the special-call meeting concluded, the planning commission moved into a subcommittee meeting to discuss the form-based code. Laura identified the subcommittee roster and noted that three of the five appointed members were present: Nate, Meg and Tom. She said the subcommittee would outline next steps and check schedules for future meetings.
