Annie Sillaway presented a special-exception request for Saint Albans Church to expand an existing private school from pre-K/elementary to include grades 6'12. The site is a 9.64-acre parcel in an A-1 agricultural zoning district; the school currently operates under a lease and staff said the church already hosts education uses on the site and meets parking requirements.
