The Board approved a 12-month Planning and Zoning Technical Assistance Contract with the River Valley Regional Commission (RVRC) to provide consultation, ordinance and map updates, attendance at planning meetings and other advisory services. The contract term runs from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026, and includes an estimated annual fee of $6,000 based on prior experience delivering the service.
