On Jan. 6 the Commission considered selection of an engineering firm for an SCRC SEID grant and approved EMC as the engineer by unanimous vote. Commissioners reviewed an RFQ evaluation criteria sheet that emphasized experience with SEID and similar projects, community familiarity, staff qualifications and local-government references.
