The board approved several routine consent items. Administrator Kaysie Schmidt presented an hourly fee agreement with Davis Law, LLC at $250 per hour; the board approved the agreement. Clerk Lynda Scott presented a special liquor license permit for the Arkansas Valley CASA dinner/dance on Oct. 10, 2026; the permit was approved. Schmidt also presented a request to develop and issue a request for proposals for a Human Resources Information System to improve payroll and HR functions; no vote on the RFP is recorded in the transcript.
