Planner Joanna Villareal presented a second rezoning request submitted on behalf of Dr. Jonathan B. Flores for property at 5525 North Sugar Road. Villareal said the parcel is about 4.85 acres, previously rezoned in prior years in the area, and that Development Services recommends approval because the property meets area requirements and aligns with the comprehensive plan. Notices were mailed on 05/08/2026 and a legal notice published on 05/06/2026; staff reported no responses to the notices.
