The Gage County Board approved a motion Sept. 30 to accept the sheriff's decision on a step-3 paycheck grievance filed by FOP Local 45 covering the June 28–July 11 pay period. Adams moved, Claybaugh seconded, and the board voted 7–0 to instruct County Attorney Piggley to issue the county's response and permit the chair to sign it on the board's behalf.
