The Gage County Board approved utility permits from Windstream Nebraska LLC and NextLink as part of its consent agenda Sept. 30, authorizing communications-line work in multiple townships. The permits, recorded in the consent item list, describe starting pedestals and directional boring or plowing across right of way and into private property as required for new buried or replaced lines.
