RMA readies joint freight study after SS4A implementation grant denial

Jed Brown, RMA chair, updated the committee on major RMA projects and said the RMA is ready to proceed with a joint Laredo/Webb County freight study once partner funding and agreements are in place. Brown said the study was originally discussed at the MPO and city level and that all three parties have now approved funds to proceed.
