Board Notes Contingency: Forward Case to Council if Quorum Lacking on July 9
Board staff told members that the city code requires forwarding the case to city council if the landmark board again lacks a quorum at the rescheduled meeting on July 9; staff will continue reminders and coordinate availability.

The Clerk explained a contingency path if the board is again unable to form a quorum: under the code, the case would be forwarded to the city council for consideration. "So if for some unfortunate reason we don't have quorum again, we will make, the the code requires that we put it forward for council consideration," the Clerk said.
