At the Sept. 1 meeting, the Washington County Board approved a revised request for qualifications and proposals (RFQ/RFP) for the Northeast Colorado long-range transportation plan and released the document as of that date. Commissioner Gisele Jefferson moved the approval, and Commissioner Scott Ramey seconded; the motion carried unanimously.
