The Washington County Board of County Commissioners voted unanimously on Sept. 1, 2026, to adopt Resolution 34-2026, which establishes regulations for the Washington County Landfill. Commissioner Gisele Jefferson moved the resolution, and Commissioner Scott Ramey seconded the motion; the roll-call vote was recorded as all in favor.
