A resident who said she lives next to the ongoing PPL switch‑station project asked the board for details after seeing a "PPL switch station revised land development plan" on a prior consent agenda. The resident said she and her husband were out of town when the Sept. 14 agenda was posted and sought clarification on whether the board took any action.
