CoPasco to launch two microtransit pilots; transfer station construction under way
CoPasco director Janina Elkin said Freebee microtransit will launch in Hudson in early November and an Uber pilot is tentatively planned for Land O' Lakes in December or January 2027; the Suffer Hills transfer station began construction the week of Sept. 21 with estimated completion of Fox Hollow station in Aug. 2027.

Janina Elkin, CoPasco director, updated the board on microtransit and transfer station projects. She said a Freebee pilot will launch in the Hudson area in early November and a second pilot operated by Uber is being finalized for Land O' Lakes with a tentative December or January 2027 start pending final agreements.
