The Board received proposed changes to the permanent assessment bases for the Opfer-Lentz Valasek Ditch submitted by the County Engineer and set a hearing for Jan. 26, 2027 at 9:00 a.m. Should that hearing be continued, the Board set a second hearing for March 30, 2027 at 10:00 a.m.; changes approved at the second hearing would be effective April 29, 2027. The motion passed unanimously.
