Bob Malo, Budget Committee chair, told the Atkinson Board of Selectmen on Aug. 10 that he has concerns about the town's purchasing procedures and current cleaning contracts. Malo highlighted a need to reword some contract language, consider scaling down hours on certain contracts and address high turnover rates; he said he intends to investigate existing contracts further.
