Muscoda board to keep current staff-evaluation form; supervisors to exchange evaluations
The board decided Oct. 7 to use the current staff-evaluation form this year; supervisors will evaluate staff and staff will evaluate supervisors, with forms due at the Oct. 14 meeting. Trustees discussed a sample point system and a form used by the Richland County Clerk.

The Muscoda Village Board reviewed several evaluation templates on Oct. 7 and opted to continue using the evaluation form already in place for this year. Administrator Johnson provided a form used historically by village employees and Trustee Seifert presented a sample point-system evaluation.
