The Seward County Board of Commissioners appointed Lloyd Lipska to the Aging Advisory Board to fill the vacant City of Seward representative seat. The board reconsidered an item that ended in a tie when Commissioner Pekarek was absent at the Sept. 29 meeting and moved to fill the vacancy on Oct. 6.
